My client wanted to enlarge the master bedroom and bathroom, remodel the two other bathrooms, remodel a sunroom (including replacing the west-facing window wall of single-glazed job-built windows with a new window wall of insulated steel-casement windows) and replace a patio cover, all of which were incompatible additions to the original Joesler-designed residence. Due to the extent – and complexity – of the proposed changes, the work was divided into two separate construction projects.
