My clients wanted to move from a large far-east-side house to a smaller one in Sam Hughes. They found one in a perfect location, but one which was too small and was not in good condition. My design added to, and completely renovated, the existing house and added a private large outdoor living space and a wrap-around veranda. We also added a large one-car garage with an adjacent covered brick-floored space which can be used as a carport or as additional outdoor living space.
