My client wanted to preserve the home’s architectural integrity yet add storage and better access to the outdoors. My solution added a master-bedroom walk-in closet and extensive outdoor coverings and enlarged the existing patio area. We also took this opportunity to unify the myriad door and window styles on the rear of the house.
