My clients wanted extensive remodeling that would add several new bedrooms and bathrooms (including an ultra-luxurious master bath with fireplace), a basement theater with wine cellar, covered porches and an L-shaped veranda with outdoor fireplace to connect the enlarged main house to the remodeled guest house. In addition to achieving these goals, my design also replaced an awkward front-entry arch and fountain with a walled entry courtyard surrounding a new fountain.
