Karen Bellamy is a registered architect and is accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. She has practiced architecture for more than 25 years in Tucson, Arizona and has extensive experience in governmental, commercial and residential projects.

Since 1995, she has specialized in renovating and remodeling historic residences in Tucson. Karen has successfully completed projects ranging in scope from simple room additions to extensive remodel/additions that involved reassigning space, remodeling kitchens and baths, and adding basements, second stories and new wings.

Most of these projects have sought to carefully maintain the original style of the house, but several have involved a complete transformation of the existing style.
